Awards Network employee incentive programs can be setup for you to do as much or as little administration as you like. Our online reporting dashboard is available 24/7 for program administrators will give you access to add points, send emails, check expenses and ROI, download the most up to date award catalog and more. Your Account Management team can also add points, maintain employee accounts and run reports.
Incentive Program Supplements
Your Account Management team will design emails, posters, flyers and a variety of other communications to make sure your employees are aware of the incentive program. Communications can be customized with your logo and branding and personalized with each employee’s name and account information.

Awards Network can customize emails, posters, statements, catalogs, flyers and other media for incentive program communication.
Awards Network requires a minimum of 3 weeks to setup an employee incentive program once we have received all of your program information.
You have the option of pre-paying for points or not paying for points until they are spent by your employees.
Awards Network recommends the industry standard of 1/2 cent (.005) per point but clients may select whatever point scale they would like to use.
Employees may redeem points online or by sending in their order information by mail or fax.
All shipping/handling charges are included in the gift collection pricing for any item shipped within the 48 states. Additional shipping charges and any applicable taxes, duties and freight charges will apply for any item shipped outside these states.
Awards Network can ship outside the 48 states. We can hold orders and ship them once a month or ship items as they are ordered. Additional shipping charges, taxes, duties or royalties will apply for any item shipped outside the 48 states.
Most items ship within 3 days and arrive within 14 business days. Larger items such as furniture or large appliances are shipped by trucks and may take 4-6 weeks to be delivered.
In case an employee receives a damaged or malfunctioning award, he or she simply needs to contact us for an exchange or replacement within 30 days of receiving the item. A return label or call tag will be emailed to the recipient so that he or she may return his or her gift at no charge. We will then ship out a replacement item or the recipient’s alternate gift choice. After this 30 day period items are covered under manufacturer warranties as they apply.
Setting up an Incentive Program Checklist
Employee incentive program goals should be developed to encourage behaviors that accomplish organizational objectives. Goals can be rolled out at different intervals as the incentive program progresses to help keep it fresh and relevant to participants. Awards Network does provide a free sample goal listing for clients. You may also want to consider having a theme to your program based off the goals you decide on.
Find out how much you can afford to spend on your employee incentive program. Awards Network provides a free budget worksheet for clients. If you list out each goal, and factor in the likelihood of all employees reaching the goal, you can play around with different point values and determine your end targeted budget. Program goals might need to be weighted so that objectives that take more effort to reach have greater rewards in return. Make sure to get your employee incentive program budget approved before proceeding.
Depending on your employee demographics and their access to computers, the incentive program can be paper-based and/or online-based. Points can be given to employees via point cards or entered online and then notified by email. You may also choose to do both.
Once we receive the incentive program information and artwork, most programs are able to start in 3 weeks. Be sure to allow for plenty of time to thoroughly proof your incentive program website and materials. The more time you can spend before the program starts, usually means a better presentation to employees.
Communication is vital to the success of your incentive program. Awards Network can create customized communications including: posters, emails, letters, flyers, program statements, instant point cards, order forms, announcements and other media all branded to match your company logo and incentive program.
Awards Network Account Managers can add in changes, you can setup your own internal program administrators or setup an API.
