We custom design every program from scratch to ensure your program is an extension of your brand and reflects your personality. Check out a snapshot of our portfolio:
One of the country’s leading construction companies was looking to revamp an existing service awards program they had for years but very much wanted to make it more modern and meaningful.
After carefully reviewing their extensive branding guidelines, we built a Gift Redemption Website, Award Packet which includes a Certificate of Achievement and Letter of Appreciation, Award Email and Gift Redemption Reminder Emails for their employees; all of which felt like they came right from Hoar’s Marketing Department.
Everyone’s favorite family restaurant chain needed a solution to award their top associates each month at their locations. Together we created an Employee of the Month Program to award both their best Front of the House and Back of the House employees.
This powerhouse staffing corporation, with thousands of employees in every major market across the country, loves friendly competition! Awards Network consulted with their leadership team and together we created an Achievement Program for their top producers. Employees earn points for reaching milestones and goals, being a top producer and participating in company events, and then can redeem those points of thousands of brand name merchandise.
This furniture design and manufacturing company wanted to recognize their employees for their dedicated service day in and day out. Using their program vision and branding, Awards Network created a Gift Redemption Website and Award Card that will give each employee reaching a milestone access to a variety of gifts.
Previous to partnering with Awards Network, Ellwood had given out cash and gift cards as prizes for their internal Safety Program. But due to new OSHA regulations in how employees could be awarded for safe behaviors, they needed to find a program which moved away from cash awards. We built them an OSHA compliant program, with safety metrics based around being proactive rather than reactive. Their employees are thrilled with the new awards they can redeem their points on!
This client had not recognized anyone for their service in years, so they were looking for a vibrant and engaging program that would make their team feel appreciated. We designed a program that brought that vision to life using colors and images that were aligned with their branding. OFM even placed a retro order so they were able to award anyone whose anniversary had passed at the time of launch.
Sprig was looking to launch a brand new incentive program for their employees that focused rewarding employees for going above and beyond. They built metrics based around performance, in addition to awarding points for birthdays, annual anniversaries, and to their Sprigster of the Month. Awards Network took their goals and built an online incentive platform with marketing materials that included Program Launch Flyers, Birthday and Anniversary Congratulatory Emails, and Program Notification Emails.
HomeSphere had always awarded their sales associates with cash, but their leadership team felt that over time cash became an expectation rather than an incentive. They wanted to move away from that gift avenue, and move to a catalog based program with gifts their employees would appreciate and find value in. So that’s what we did! Awards Network built them a points based incentive program, that awarded employees for their sales, top producers and contest winners.
This rapidly growing real estate agency needed to build a Service Awards Program to attract and retain talent in the area. We built both an awards program that had a team-oriented look and feel while keeping it close to their branding guidelines. This program came with an online Gift Redemption Website, Award Packet, Certificate of Appreciation, Letter of Achievement and a hard copy of the catalog of gifts where the recipients could order either online or by fax/mail.
When you have employees that have stayed with you for many years and then retire, you want to award them with something great. This client came to us wanting to give their long term employees a great departing gift. Using the power of choice, Fort Frye Local School District is giving their retirees a large catalog of gifts they can choose from that best fit their needs and lifestyle. We also created a beautiful certificate their recipients can have as a keepsake.
Century Equipment believes every year you give to their company, you should get a token of their appreciation. So, at their annual event they award every member of their team with a gift of their choosing. The more years an employee has been with the company, the higher value of gift they can choose from. Awards Network built them a simple gift program that highlighted their best asset: their employees!
