If you opt to have recipients place an order online, you can set up an order approval process so that orders are only processed after you approve the order. Your recipients will be able to view the award catalog and submit their award selection(s) online. When the order is submitted, it can either be emailed to you or all orders can be sent over in an Excel spreadsheet daily from your Account Manager. All you have to do check over the order information to ensure the recipient ordered a gift from the appropriate collection and then reply to the email with an approved notification. The order would then be processed and the item(s) would ship out within 72 hours.
