The customized and personalized presentation packet contains: a personalized portfolio cover, the gift collection(s) of name brand merchandise being awarded, a recognition letter from management, an award certificate suitable for framing and an order form. All presentation packet components are printed on heavy stock paper and pulled together with a silver paper band.

Gift booklets are the perfect fit for any company looking for a simple, customized recognition solution. This award packet contains a booklet with the gift collection of name brand merchandise being awarded, a greeting card and an award selection postcard all within a white presentation envelope adorned with a gold seal. You can have a customized award catalog cover created or select one of our stock covers. In addition, you can opt to use a stock greeting card or have a customized greeting card created. You can include any message on the greeting card inside at no additional charge and even use different messages for the various reasons you award gift booklets.
Shipping your Presentation Packets and Booklets
Deluxe presentation packets and gift booklets can be shipped to multiple locations, a single location or directly to your recipients' homes. Also you can include the signature of an organizational leader or have them shipped unsealed so signatures can be added when your order arrives.
Automatic Order Confirmations
If you plan on ordering deluxe presentation packets or gift booklets on a regular basis, you have the ability to forward your annual order list and set up order confirmations with your dedicated Account Manager. You would receive an email to confirm the order information just before the time you need the packets or booklets in-hands. Once you confirm the order information, and only when it is confirmed, your packets or booklets would be printed and shipped in time for your deadline. Award events and presentations are easy to manage by setting up automatic order confirmations with your Account Manager.
How Recipients Order Recognition Awards
Your recipients will have the option of ordering online via your custom recognition website or by fax, email or regular mail. Recognition websites allow your recipients to view the most up to date collection of recognition awards available and offers the quickest redemption turn around time. Once an order is placed, items arrive within 9 to 14 business days.
Recognition Program Reporting
Print based recognition programs include full redemption reporting. Your Account Manager can provide regular or on-demand order status reports detailing who has ordered, who has not ordered, item information and ship dates.
