Selective Gift Institute DBA Awards Network has implemented Display Advertising and Google Analytics Remarketing to advertise online. Third-party vendors, including Google, show Awards Network ads on sites across the internet. Selective Gift Institute DBA Awards Network and third-party vendors, including Google, use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie) and third-party cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) together to inform, optimize and serve ads based on someone’s past visits to Awards Network’s website. Visitors can opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customize Google Display Network ads using the Ads Preferences Manager.

How We Protect Your Information

We restrict access to personal information about you, your organization and/or your program participants to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you/or your organization. Selective Gift Institute DBA Awards Network may disclose your personal information to third-party vendors and service providers solely for the purpose of processing your request or arranging delivery of your requested product or service. Selective Gift Institute DBA Awards Network complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF) and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF) as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce. Selective Gift Institute DBA Awards Network has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (EU-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from the European Union and the United Kingdom in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF. Selective Gift Institute DBA Awards Network has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from Switzerland in reliance on the Swiss-U.S. DPF. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the EU-U.S. DPF Principles and/or the Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles, the Principles shall govern. Where there is onward transfer of personal data of EU and Swiss individuals to third parties, Selective Gift Institute DBA Awards Network requires such third parties who perform services for us to treat personal information securely and to restrict their access, use, and disclosure of such personal data in a manner consistent with our Data Privacy Framework obligations. If any such third party fails to so comply, Selective Gift Institute DBA Awards Network may have liability to the extent Selective Gift Institute DBA Awards Network is responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.

In compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF and the Swiss-U.S. DPF, Selective Gift Institute DBA Awards Network commits to resolve DPF Principles-related complaints about our collection and use of your personal information. In compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF and the Swiss-U.S. DPF, Selective Gift Institute DBA Awards Network commits to refer unresolved complaints concerning our handling of personal data received in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF and the Swiss-U.S. DPF to JAMS, an alternative dispute resolution provider based in the United States. The services of JAMS are provided at no cost to you.       

As further explained in the Data Privacy Framework Principles, a binding arbitration option will also be made available to you in order to address residual complaints not resolved by any other means. Selective Gift Institute DBA Awards Network is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission.
