  1. Are there any minimum order requirements?

    Awards Network does not require order minimums.


  2. Does Awards Network charge any additional setup or admin fees?

    A onetime setup fee will apply to Point Bank programs based on the number of participants and any specialized programming needs. No setup or administrative fees apply to other programs.


  3. Does Awards Network require my company to sign a contract?

    Although we are happy to sign contracts as requested by clients, Awards Network itself does not require a contract.


  4. Can program materials and websites be company branded?

    Any materials, in print or online, may be completely customized with your company's branding and layout.


  5. What kinds of program supplements can Awards Network provide?

    Awards Network can customize emails, posters, statements, catalogs, flyers and other media to improve incentive program communication.


  6. What is the typical turnaround time to get a program set up?

    Depending on the complexity, customization of your incentive program and your deadline to kickoff the program, this can vary from a couple days up to a couple of weeks.


  7. When does Awards Network charge for points?

    Clients are not invoiced for points until they have been redeemed for a merchandise selection.


  8. What is the value of one point?

    Awards Network utilizes the industry standard of 1/2 cent (.005) per point but clients utilizing the point bank program may select whatever point scale they would like to use.


  9. Does Awards Network charge shipping/handling for awards?

    All shipping/handling charges are included in the gift collection pricing for any item shipped within the 48 contiguous states. Additional shipping charges and any applicable taxes, duties and freight charges will apply for any item shipped outside these states.


  10. How long does it take to receive a gift once it has been ordered?

    Most items generally arrive within 7-10 business days. Larger items shipped by truck may take 2-3 weeks to be delivered.


  11. What is Awards Network's return policy?

    Awards Network guarantees 100% satisfaction for all award merchandise. Dissatisfied recipients may request an exchange or replacement within 30 days of delivery. Returns and are shipped at no charge. After 30 days manufacturer warranties will apply.
